I have only started using the product few weeks ago. Till now the product looks good. However, there were delays in delivering the product, and after much follow-up when the product was delivered, it was without wheels. Lastly, the one base of the chair is still lying with me and no one has come back to collect, even after promises were made to collect. Overall, response quality is very poor.
